Jonathan is the Chief Operating Officer of Aquis Exchange Limited a pan-European equities exchange and former Chief Operating Officer of the Corporate Finance and Advisory Division of HSBC Investment Bank Plc, Shearman & Sterling (London) LLP and CRA International Limited.

Jonathan enjoys a hands on role with the company through it's start-up development, advising and assisting the Board on a day-to-day basis on a broad range of finance, governance and operating issues.
