A member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland, Lee qualified with Ernst & Young LLP gaining his experience across corporate recovery, mergers & acquisitions advisory, and pre-acquisition and vendor due diligence services.

With a family background in the UK gaming industry, Lee also held the position of Finance Director of TDL Sports Limited trading as Wilsonbet for several years, overseeing the company's relocation to, and licensing in the Isle of Man.
