Mark comes from a family steeped in traditional land based betting, of which he has over 25 years sector experience as well as being at the forefront of the online gaming boom since 1999.
Mark has held marketing director positions with a range of both public and privately held operators such as Bet Internet PLC, Premierbet, BetShop.com and Betdaq, and has provided business and marketing consultancy services within the online North American pari-mutuel wagering companies such as Racing2day LLC, sold to Stan James Plc, and the Stronach Group's XB-Net.com.
A keen horseman, Mark owns and has interests in several standardbred horses which race for charitable causes throughout North America, and regularly contributes and has columns with numerous leading European gaming industry trade publications.
